Our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for our users.

• License Delivery Condition

  Cancellations are valid only until the license key is delivered. Once the key is delivered, all cancellation or refund requests become invalid.

• Request Procedure

  End-users requesting refunds or cancellations must submit their request in writing to help@npav.net.

• Refund Eligibility

  NPAV reserves the right to refund any order at its discretion, with or without documentation, under the following circumstances:

  • •The order is identified as fraudulent.
  • •The customer accidentally places a duplicate order.
  • •Refund is requested before receiving the product/license.

• Time-based Cancellation Rule

  Cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. However, if the Serial Code/email has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

• Refund Charges

  In case of approved cancellations, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges.

• Refund Mode

  No cash refunds will be provided. Refunds (if approved) are processed digitally only.
